Lactation Support

 

In addition to working as a birth and postpartum doula, I am a trained Lactation Educator through UC San Diego.  This means that I am qualified to assist with normal breastfeeding challenges and provide breastfeeding education. I also completed my training as a Certified Lactation Counselor  (CLC) through the ALPP in 2023.

Through my training, and my own personal experience breastfeeding my children, I am available to provide lactation support to expecting parents and new parents.  The breastfeeding process can be a bit overwhelming, especially if you have had a difficult labor or are tired from taking care of your new baby.  

I am available to provide private breastfeeding education classes prenatally and also provide in home breastfeeding support after your baby has arrived.
