I offer birth consultation services for people that are planning to give birth without a doula. This option includes two prenatal meetings where we will discuss resources, things to think about and be prepared for along with helping you plan for when labor starts. We will also talk about birth plans, signs of labor, what to pack in your birth bag, breastfeeding tips and partner's role. Our meetings are an opportunity for you to share any concerns or ask questions you have around labor and get the answers you need to help you feel more calm and prepared.
